1 Record a full unboxing video from start to finish (no cuts).
2 Show all sides of the box and the intact security seal.
3 Open the seal and box in the same continuous video.
4 Clearly show the condition of the insects (Alive/Dead).
Important Rules: Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected. Replacement applies only if damage is visible in the video.
